IN CONCLUSION, the report Conditions for Sami Culture proposes five measures:
Strengthen the entire Sami cultural life
Create a Sami competency centre
Create a resource centre for Sami languages
Make information about activities more widely available and strengthen organizers
Establish a nomadic meeting place for Sami culture and Sami artists.
